Sidekik provides an AI-powered coding assistant, marketing automation, trading bot, and personal AI assistant platform available at sidekikbot.com. Features vary by subscription plan.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Overage charges apply at $0.02 per message beyond your plan's included generation limit.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Sidekik to generate illegal content, violate third-party rights, circumvent security measures, or engage in automated abuse of the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

Code and content generated by Sidekik AI based on your prompts belongs to you. The Sidekik platform, brand, and underlying models remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sidekik is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
